MIAMI, FLORIDA: For Vinesh on Season 2 of 'Indian Matchmaking', his list of requirements in a wife was rather long. And as always, Sima Aunty was quick to shoot it all down, reminding him that he might get a match that only covers 60% to 70% of what he wants in a woman. Moreover, Sima was the one worried that Vinesh's jokester ways meant that he wasn't exactly serious about the whole process. And she might have been on the money, in a vague sense.

Sima Aunty first set Vinesh up with Mosum, who was going through the matchmaking process without her parent's knowledge. She explained that her parents didn't understand that she wanted someone who matched her personality on different levels and not just a person belonging to the same caste or religion.

Mosum got along with Vinesh's family rather well and throughout their date, they had pleasant banter. Vinesh even took her number by the end of it, only to later confess to his family that he wasn't feeling much of a physical connection. Sima also set him up with Meena Rai, who is a nurse. And it's safe to say that Vinesh was instantly smitten. Unfortunately, it was a one-way street, as Meena made it clear in her confessionals that she was not interested in pursuing a relationship with him and in addition to that, their date was hard to watch. In his confessionals later, Vinesh admitted that nothing had really worked out with Meena and it felt as though he was being stabbed in the heart with a plastic knife. Fans were less sympathetic about it and believed he had it coming.

"I don't like Vinesh. He did Mousam dirty and thinks Meena and him have a connection .she was literally bored in the restaurant. #IndianMatchmaking #IndianMatchmaking2," said a fan. "Vinesh has a complex (why take Mosum’s # if you ain’t attracted to her?) & too much of a fam-tribe vibe which is & double-date w/ bro/wife on first date? That’s super weird & no scope to think independent while pursuing a potential interest! #IndianMatchmaking," added a fan. "Vinesh in #IndianMatchmaking is a template American desi boy in the arranged marriage market. Sab sukh chahiye. Party gal who can be sanskaari who wants a career but babies also and can make pakodas. Hot toh hoon hi chahiye. Someone gift him a mirror  #treadmillwatch," noted another. "I completely understand wanting a good looking partner but honestly like shouldn't Vinesh meet some of the criterias himself before he goes around making all these judgements and demands? #IndianMatchmaking #IndianMatchmakingseason2," tweeted another. "The best part of #IndianMatchmaking was watching Vinesh get humbled after being rude about Mosum, delightful truly," said a fan.
