How much do the makeover on 'Brother Vs Brother' cost?

If you want to book Drew and Jonathan to overhaul your space, then you need to have $90,000+ in your pocket. The Scott brothers don't necessarily charge a particular fee for the renovation. Drew won Season 7's title of the show. According to Realtor, He bought the house worth $2,300,000. After buying the house at a particular price, Drew invested $2,050,000 in interior and exterior renovation. A total investment of $4,400,000 was made in the house. The house was then calculated to be worth $5,600,000 and was sold at $5,800,000, marking a whooping profit of $1,400,000.

On the other hand, Jonathan bought the house for $2,400,000. He then invested $2,040,000 for its exterior and interior design. The total investment, therefore, cost $4,400,000. Jonathan calculated the worth of the house to be $5,500,000 and was offered the price of $5,640,000. Indeed, a profit of $1,200,000 was made by Jonathan on the house. 



 

Therefore, if calculated, the Scott brothers invest somewhere around $2,500,000 to buy the house and spend somewhere around $2,000,000 on the renovation. The makeover of the house includes everything, from floor redesigning to bedroom renovation to kitchen and washroom decoration. Each brother makes sure that their house stands out of the box. Therefore, they try to include unique things like a pool, outdoor kitchen, patio dining spaces, walking paths, and various other luring things.
