LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Playboy and Maxim model Masuimi Max was declared dead at the age of 45. The exact reason for her death has not yet been discovered by the police.

TMZ reports that cops were called just before 8.30 am PT on January 25. Max was found unresponsive at her Las Vegas home.
