LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Finally, the long wait of fans ended as ‘House of the Dragon’ Episode 1 premiered globally on both HBO and HBO Max on August 21. But what was supposed to be the long-awaited moment for avid fans and viewers, has turned into a huge disappointment when the global streamer ended up crashing because of countless users logging in to watch the first episode.

The 10-episode prequel, which chronicles the pinnacle-to-dust journey of House Targaryen, has already repeated history just like its predecessor, 'Game of Thrones'.
