GMA 2021 lineup
Along with BTS, GMA 2021 summer concert lineup promises a number of star-studded performances throughout the season. 'Butter' as the official summer tune
BTS who debuted only eight years ago, previously tried their hands on an array of genres. From rapping about prejudice and oppression in their early albums like 'Too Cool For School' to blending Jungian psychology in their offering 'Map of the Soul', BTS has championed not just pop but also made a name for making critically acclaimed music.
With Summer singles like 'Butter' or last year's Grammy-nominated 'Dynamite', the group is straying away from the 'deep' concepts, wanting to just spread happiness and comfort. And just so it happens, ARMY has overwhelmingly resonated with the group's message as 'Butter' breaks record for the fastest music video to reach 108.2 million views on YouTube.
With GMA 2021, BTS will be back to perform 'Butter' once again for ARMY as the fandom awaits the first week's Billboard Hot 100 result later on the weekend. Stream BTS Butter's remix version below.
