LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Drew Scott has been tempting his Instagram followers with photos of his child - by regularly sharing photos of him with his face hidden. He's been doing this since he and wife Linda Phan gave birth to their first child, Parker James, in May. And it seems his fans have had enough of it, as a photo he recently shared of his son has led to angry reactions rather than the usual praise.

Drew Scott seems to be embracing parenthood. On Thursday, the 'Property Brothers' star uploaded a selfie with his son, who can be seen sniffing his father's head while sitting on his mother's lap. Drew's head obscures Parker's face in the picture. I'm thinking someone loves my conditioner," he wrote about the photo.

An Instagram follower wrote under the photo; "I really love the brothers, but not making any sense, to not show the baby face, if someone was going to harm the baby they know what the parents look like." Another comment read, "If you don't want people to be interested in your family or child's face don't put pics of him 😤." Calling Drew's antics 'annoying,' another user wrote, "How can anyone ooh and ahh over a baby they can’t see. It’s pretty annoying, really. Losing interest." A comment from a fourth follower read, "if you don't want to show his face why do you post these silly pictures?"

Stating how it doesn't make sense, a follower commented, "I’m sorry but I don’t understand what’s the purpose of sharing pictures of your new baby but you won’t show the face you people are celebrities on TV. If it bothers you that much don’t share your pictures of your child. I’m sorry, but it just does not make any sense to me." Calling it a 'thing' among celebrities, another person wrote, "This blocking the babys face has become a "thing" with celebrities. But here's the truth.....once we see the little kiddo.....we're done. If you have concerns about the safety of your child.....dont post their pic at all. Your fans will understand, a to heck with everyone else." One fan also quipped, "Clever photos." On the other hand, one follower while defending Drew wrote, "They're celebrities... Leave them alone, they all like to hide baby faces and names... It's their weird thing (whispery voice) if they didn't do it they wouldn't fit in. It's like when you look at animals in a zoo! (Well! ) 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️xxx."

Drew and his wife, Linda Phan, welcomed Parker in May, on the same day as their wedding anniversary. "Our lives are forever changed," Drew posted on Instagram in June, with a carousel of photographs announcing Parker's birth. "Welcome to the world Parker James." He also talked about what parenthood means to him on his podcast, 'At Home with Linda & Drew Scott,' which he co-hosts with his wife.

"It's this immediate love and this feeling of you need to do everything you can to make them feel safe and make them feel loved," he explained at the time.
