LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Wayne Brady is known among fans for his numerous hosting gigs and comic performances. He will now be acknowledged for finishing second on the scoreboard, following his debut performance on the 'Dancing With The Stars' stage.

In addition to his current television appearances, he is also a contestant on the 31st season of 'Dancing With the Stars.' He is teamed with DWTS Season 19 champion Witney Carson in the fan-favorite reality series. He won the second season of 'The Masked Singer,' so this isn't his first time on a reality TV show. Furthermore, he has not only captured the hearts of the public with his first performance in the premiere episode, but he has also been named one of the season's front-runners.

Fans believed they will be the front-runners by the end of his routine. He was a rising talent with a natural musicality on stage as he performed to 'She's a Mad Mama Jama' by Carl Carlton. Bruno believed the performance was excellent, but it lacked recognized Cha Cha. Carrie Ann likes his upper body strength, but his lower body requires improvement. Len cautions him not to overdo it, but it was the most entertaining dance of the evening thus far. Derek believes he must strike a mix between charm and skill. Despite the judges' criticism of his technique, he was rewarded with all 7s and 8s. He received 7s from Carrie Ann, Len, and Derek, and an 8 from Bruno, for a total of 29 out of 40, finishing second on the scoreboard.

After his performance, fans were quick to demand to see Wayne in the finale: "If we don’t get a Shangela/Wayne/Jordin finale there’s no Justice!! #DWTS." Some fans didn't back from giving credit where the credit is due: "Let’s face it, if Mark and/or Witney are your partner it’s gonna be hard to not be good. They’re elite #DWTS #DWTS31." Calling foul given Wayne ending up second after Charli D'Amelio, a fan wrote: "Already playing faves. Yes she did good but come on..Wayne did a bit better!!! #DWTS." Another fan wrote: "Oh look the trained dancer got the highest score of the night surprise surprise! I personally liked Wayne and Whitney’s dance more! #DWTS."

Praising Wayne for his footwork and structure, a fan wrote: "Witney is a smart one. Use those strengths girl. Love Wayne, he’s going to be here for awhile. Footwork and posture and then he is golden. #DWTS." Comparing Witney and Wayne to her earlier partner Alfonso, a fan tweeted: "Witney and Wayne’s partnership reminds me a little bit of her and Alfonso’s… maybe that’s a sign. I give Wayne an 8 #DWTS." Another fan praising the pro dancer, tweeted: "I love Witney as a choreographer. She brings so much swag to her dance. Her and Wayne will be a force #DWTS31 #dwts." A little tip from a fan read: "Wayne ate that great performance ability he just has to work on his technique a bit #DWTS."
