LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It is not every day that fans will witness a DCEU actor will appraise a Marvel movie. Dwayne Johnson acknowledged MCU's 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' box office success. It's indeed a new dawn, it's a new day for all the Marvel and DCEU fans from all over the world, although it's debatable if the fans feel good about it but regardless they do respect it. Marvel’s 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' dethroned DC’s 'Black Adam' at the domestic box office this weekend, amassing 180 million dollars in ticket sales in the US and Canada, according to estimates from measurement firm Comscore.

Internationally, 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' has strained up 150 million dollars for a global cumulative of 330 million dollars. However, rounding out the top three this weekend at the domestic box office is Warner Bros Pictures’ 'Black Adam,' which grossed $8.6 million in its fourth weekend for a North American cumulative of 151.1 million dollars. After this news broke out the DCEU's 'Black Adam' actor Dwayne Johnson made sure to take it up to his social media to applaud the movie's success without any bitter feelings.

After Johnson appreciated all the "movie goers" for 'Black Panther' he also clarified himself with a following tweet which says, "Of course! Always rooting for our business to win. We all benefit overall when box office flourishes. Box office success is hard to achieve and always great to see good, hard working people accomplish it #BlackPanther"

However, after this fans lost their calm as the long rivalry between Marvel and DC seem to have just ended with just a small tweet. Although some Marvel and DC fans have not taken it well enough but most of Johnson's overall fans have conveyed their "mad respect" for their favorite actor. A fan said, "Both on the same side, happy you are pro wt handling this type of news vs the old WB excess," while another adds, "Mad respect! But the way I see it. Of course black panther wakanda forever is going to outdo back Adam in the box office cause it's a franchise And this is just the first movie of Black Adam. A super hero not that popular in DC but still draws such big numbers."

A fan wrote, "This, we appreciate an era where BOTH of these black led films can have a spotlight," while another added, "Massive respect." Lastly, a fan wrote, "This is the way it should be. Thank you for setting a good example!"
