'Black Adam' was in the making for 15 years and is getting a plethora of love from the audience, while some are applauding by calling it 'the best movie of the year' others are just grateful to Dwayne Johnson aka 'The Rock' for delivering what he promised. 'Black Adam' was released on October 21 by Warner Bros Pictures in theaters across the world.

'Black Adam' is a superhero film based on the DC Comics character of the same name. Many fans are saying 'DCEU is back' with the release of this film. According to the fans, last few years, the banner was making average movies to continue the legacy and not live up to the expectation of the audience. However, the tables have turned as 'Black Adam,' the film, from Warner Bros. and DC Comics, is raging to debut with $60 million in the opening week. It is safe to say fans are satisfied.

The movie, 'Black Adam,' is a spin-off from 'Shazam!' of 2019 and marks to be the 11th film in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). It is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and written by Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani, the film stars Dwayne Johnson as the titular character alongside Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan. Regardless of the raving reviews the movie got from fans, the film received mixed reviews from critics, praising the performances of Johnson and Brosnan but criticizing the screenplay and villain; the action scenes received a polarized response.
