'Shameless' Erika Jayne blasted for racy topless photo amid embezzlement scandal
Controversy's favorite child Erika Jayne has found herself at the receiving end of social media ire after she posted a near-naked photo of herself on Instagram, where she posed topless in skimpy jewel panties and stilettos. However, her followers were not at all impressed as they brutally lambasted the 'RHOBH' star over her legal scandal. Erika Jayne's tryst with law continues over her alleged role and extent of involvement in the ongoing money embezzling case against estranged husband Tom Girardi. The couple is being sued for alleged embezzlement of millions of dollars owed to the families of the Lion Air Flight 610 crash.
Jayne was criticized in the past week as well for "bullying" her co-star Sutton Stracke. The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum reportedly yelled and cussed at Stracke as she found out the latter was expressing doubts over her innocence in the embezzlement case. Disgusted fans even went to the extent of dubbing Erika Jayne a "lunatic supervillain." A fan tweeted, "Erika is a bully. she's been a bully since she started the show and everybody kissed her a** and trashed vanderpump in favor of her and now look at her. she's in hot water over her husband and showing her teeth due to her own actions. i cannot stand her."

Jayne captioned her latest photo with only a pair of sparkling emojis while her followers flooded the comment section in unabashed criticism. "No shame. No humble. No money to the victims. #tonedeaf," commented a fan while another wrote, "Wow no empathy".
"Narcissistic personality disorder - A disorder in which a person has an inflated sense of self-importance. Symptoms include an excessive need for admiration, disregard for others' feelings, an inability to handle any criticism, and a sense of entitlement," another said. A fourth person trolled her saying, "Hope your naked because you gave all your fancy clothes to the real victims !!"
"Still practicing for her new stripping gig-shameless," slammed another. This is not the first time Jayne had posted a racy photo of herself, as the 50-year-old TV star is quite into sharing steamy shots on the gram.
In August 2021, Jayne was sued for $25 million by the trustee handling Girardi's bankruptcy case. They claimed that Jayne had spent the amount in funds given to her by her hubby. She filed for divorce from her 82-year-old husband in November 2020 but soon afterward the couple got embroiled in the fund embezzlement scandal. The lawsuit against them even alleged that their divorce was a "sham" merely intended to help protect their assets.
Meanwhile, Jayne's attorneys responded to the lawsuit saying, "Unfortunately, the amended complaint is another example of the trustee and her counsel jumping to conclusions without a full investigation, and bullying and blaming Erika for actions taken by Girardi Keese for which Erika does not have legal liability."
