LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The third and final season of 'Vikings: Valhalla' is set to premiere on Netflix on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Fans are eagerly anticipating what will unfold between Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter) and Freydís Eiríksdóttir (Frida Gustavsson).

The drama series, created by Jeb Stuart, follows three Viking protagonists: Leif Erikson (Sam Corlett), Freydís, and Harald.

In the premiere episode of season 2, fans witnessed the abrupt end of the romantic relationship between the beloved couple.

However, given that the upcoming season is the final one, fans can reasonably expect an encounter between Freydis, and Harald, or perhaps even a possible reunion.

In Season 1, it is revealed that siblings Leif and Freydís join forces with Harald on an epic voyage, marking the beginning of Freydís and Harald's romantic relationship.

However, in Season 2, following the Battle of Kattegat, Freydís and Harald agree to part ways, with Harald intending to become King of Norway and Freydís traveling to Jomsborg to establish a new Uppsala.

Their parting is amicable yet sad. However, Freydís, who is pregnant with Harald's child, chooses not to tell him, fearing it could hinder his ambitions or result in their child being raised as a future candidate for the Norwegian crown.

However, later in the season, Harald learns the truth from Leif which leaves him distraught.

Are Harald Sigurdsson and Freydís Eiríksdóttir going to get their happy ending in 'Vikings: Valhalla' Season 3?

The official photos from Season 3 of the show suggest that the beloved couple will indeed reconnect. However, the exact timeline of their reunion remains uncertain and will be revealed after the show's premiere.

However, this doesn't guarantee that they will ultimately end up together, as their paths continue to diverge significantly.

Freydís experiences significant personal growth as she embraces her leadership role in Jomsborg, evolving into a formidable warrior and a leader.

Harald's ambition for the Norwegian throne has intensified, complicating matters as his feelings for Elena (Sofya Lebedeva) also grow stronger.

However, now that the couple has a son, they may find a way to rekindle their romance, which would undoubtedly be a wonderful parting gift for fans of the couple.
