Netflix brings back the popular animated series for yet another brand new season

'Disenchantment', an American adult animated sitcom, created by Matt Groening and Josh Weinstein for Netflix, is back with Season 4. The series is set in a medieval fantasy kingdom called Dreamland. 

The Netflix animated series tells the story of Bean, a rebellious princess, her constant elf companion called Elfo, and her self-destructive demon, Luci. 'Disenchantment' is voiced by stars Abbi Jacobson as Bean, Eric Andre as Luci, Nat Faxon as Elfo, John DiMaggio as King Zog, Maurice LaMarche as Odval, Tress MacNeille as Queen Oona, Matt Berry as Prince Merkimer, and Sharon Horgan as Queen Dagmar.

When does 'Disenchantment' release and where can you watch it?

Season 4 of 'Disenchantment' releases on February 9, 2022, on Netflix. 

What is 'Disenchantment' all about?

The official synopsis reads: "Princess Tiabeanie, 'Bean', is annoyed at her imminent arranged marriage to Prince Merkimer. Then she meets Luci, a demon, and Elfo, an elf, and things get rather exciting and dangerous". 

Who stars in the animated film?

Abbi Jacobson as Bean

Abbi Jacobson is an American comedian, writer, actress, illustrator, and producer by profession. She co-created and also starred in the series, 'Broad City' on Comedy Central, alongside Ilana Glazer.

Some of her prominent roles include voicing the character Katie Mitchell in 'The Mitchells vs. the Machines', Nya in 'The Lego Ninjago Movie', as well as Princess Bean in the animated series, 'Disenchantment'. In addition, Jacobson has also appeared in the films, 'Person to Person', and '6 Balloons'. She also voiced the character, Emily, in the Netflix animated series, 'Bojack Horseman', in the 2016 episode called, 'The Bojack Horseman Show'.



 

The rest of the cast includes Eric Andre as Luci, Nat Faxon as Elfo, John DiMaggio as King Zog, Maurice LaMarche as Odval, Tress MacNeille as Queen Oona, Matt Berry as Prince Merkimer, and Sharon Horgan as Queen Dagmar.
