'Dimension: Dilemma': Enhypen's album charts on Billboard 200, fans call it 'insane'

Enhypen is also the only fourth-gen group to have two albums chart in the top 20 of Billboard 200

Enhypen may be a rookie group, but they are certainly not acting like one. Just a day before releasing their first studio album ‘Dimension: Dilemma’, it was reported that they became almost million-sellers with 910k pre-orders. And in the first week of the album’s release, it surpassed 800k sales. The album continues to prove itself as the best-selling album of Enhypen having swept several charts like iTunes, Hanteo, Gaon, and even Billboard.

Back in May, Enhypen had entered Billboard 200 for the first time with ‘Border: Carnival’ which debuted at #18. The mini-album had also topped Billboard’s World Albums Chart. It should be noted that Billboard 200 is a highly competitive chart that ranks the best-selling albums released globally. It is tough to enter at the moment as we have huge Western artists like Adele, Drake, and Kanye West releasing music all at the same time. However, that hasn’t deterred Enhypen or their fans.

Enhypen ranks #11 on Billboard 200 with ‘Dimension: Dilemma’

Enhypen may have entered eight charts with ‘Border: Carnival’ but it seems that the record will be broken with ‘Dimension: Dilemma’ already doing well on Billboard this week. While all of the charts for this week will be updated later in the day, the Billboard 200 Chart for this week has already been revealed. And it has been reported that Enhypen has got their highest debut ever with ‘Dimension: Dilemma’ ranking at #11 on its first entry on Billboard 200. This is impressive as they debuted only 11 months ago. 

Enhypen reportedly is also the only fourth-gen group to have two albums chart in the top 20 of Billboard 200. ‘Dimension: Dilemma’ is also the fourth best-selling album of the week in the USA according to Billboard. It is also #1 on Billboard’s Japan Hot Albums and Japan Top Album Sales charts. The title track ‘Tamed-Dashed’ also peaked at #4 on Billboard’s newest chart Hot Trending which considers the most mentioned song on Twitter. The K-pop group also got three music show wins with ‘Tamed-Dashed’.

Fans are trending #DILEMMA_BB200_DEBUT to celebrate Enhypen’s achievements. One fan tweeted, “So proud of ENHYPEN for getting #11 on BILLBOARD 200 Albums Chart! Congratulations  Let’s walk on flower path together ENHYPEN WENT BIG ON BB200.” Another Engene added, “#ENHYPEN a 10 month old group debuting their Album twice on Billboard 200 making them the only 4TH Gen to do so INSANE.” One shared, “Enhypen dimension: dilemma debuted on billboard 200 at #11, their second top 20 entry on the said chart, what's even more impressive was they really did this on 10 months of their career, our 4th gen hot icon, congratulations enha !!”
