STURGIS, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb SIsters' Season 5 star Caleb Willingham didn't get a gastric surgery as he failed to achieve his weight loss goal. In the latest episode, Caleb and Tammy Slaton recently went on a romantic date night.
However, the dinner date ended with heartbreak and disappointment. During the dinner date, Caleb ordered quite a few 'unhealthy' dishes which raised his wife's concerns.
Caleb was excited to have some tasty food despite being on a strict diet. Caleb ordered mozzarella sticks, mushrooms, and chicken wings.
Tammy was disappointed with her husband's food choice and said in the confessional, "Everything he got was fried."
She added, "So, I'm a little perturbed with Caleb right now. Like, we literally just had a talk about junk."
Meanwhile, Caleb admitted that he just wanted to eat something that tasted good. He was also disappointed as Tammy wasn't interested in his choice of food.

Caleb Willingham wants to treat Tammy Slaton with her favorite foods
Caleb Willingham and Tammy Slaton met in the rehab and soon tied the knot. However, the couple's marriage soon changed into a long-distance relationship as Tammy got approval to return to her home.
To maintain their spark, Caleb and Tammy often met at the weight loss rehab center. In the new episode, the couple met on a similar date but both were left disappointed with each other.
Caleb ordered unhealthy foods but with good intentions, as he just wanted to treat his wife right. But he forgot about Tammy's new lifestyle and strict diet.
After Tammy was upset with Caleb's unhealthy choices, he noted in the confessional, "Being not only in this facility but in this small town, you’re stuck with so many options."
He explained, "And when Tammy was here, occasionally she did have fried food or eat out and things like that." Caleb added, "So, I picked what I knew used to be her favorites. And she does still enjoy from time to time or so I thought."

'1000-lb SIsters' Season 5 star Tammy Slaton seemed concerned after he didn't qualify for weight loss surgery. The reality star said, "I really am proud of him for maintaining under 525. But to be honest, it’s a little concerning."
Tammy's concerns sparked after she found Caleb's secret stash of unhealthy treats. Tammy was disappointed with Caleb's secret and told him, "It’s not all about the snacks. Food addiction is deadly and I need you to understand that this is serious."
She added, "It’s life or death." Caleb later ended up being hospitalized and he confessed that he struggled with sticking to his diet.
