STURGIS, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb Sisters' Season 5 star Caleb Willingham weighed 537 lb at the time he was filming the TLC show. In the recent episode, Tammy Slaton got emotional after her husband Caleb gave an update on his health.
Tammy broke down in tears after Caleb revealed that he had to remain in rehab for a few more months for further treatment. He explained that his doctor told him he would be able to get surgery if he were to get down to 500 pounds.
But he failed to achieve his weight loss goals and revealed, "But my weigh in was 537 and it's not the worst part of the conversation." He added, "The trach is going to have to stay in."
Tammy tearfully admitted to the cameras, "I was hoping [the doctor] would tell Caleb he's lost enough weight to have surgery and get his trach removed." The reality star further claimed, "It bothers me that he's backsliding."
TLC star continued, "But Caleb's very sensitive, so I feel like I can't say anything. I feel like I have to be strong for him."

Tammy Slaton returned home after a 14-month stay at a weight loss rehab where she also tied the knot with Caleb Willingham. Unfortunately, Tammy's husband failed to achieve his weight loss goals and had to stay back at the facility.
In the latest episode of '1000-lb Sisters' Season 5, Caleb Willingham admitted to missing his wife Tammy. The husband-wife duo connected on the video call as they continued their long-distance marriage.
During the conversation, Tammy reminded him of his goals and said, "But you can't do that, you need to find something like your video games." However, Caleb admitted that he doesn't need the distractions.
Caleb told Tammy, "I don't want video games," adding, "I want my wife. I just miss you."
TLC star Tammy Slaton feels 'worried' about Caleb Willingham
Tammy Slaton expressed concerns for her husband Caleb Willingham after he appeared to show less effort in his weight loss goals. During the confessional of the recent episode, Tammy admitted, "I am worried about Caleb."
The reality star emotionally added, "I think he'll let the depression set in before he hits rock bottom again and gets determined to come home." She shared her 'overwhelmed' feelings, "I feel guilty. I'm numb, I don't know how to feel—overwhelmed, stressed out, just everything."
Things seemingly had been tough for Tammy after she moved out from the rehab. She had to put on a brave face for her family, including sister Amy Slaton, as they had been going through a hard time.
The TLC star revealed, "I'm being strong for Caleb, Amy, the kids." Tammy added, "If I crumble right now, the whole world will go to hell. More than it already is."
