DIXON, KENTUCKY: Caleb Willingham, the husband of the '1000-lb Sisters' Star Tammy Slaton, has been with her through thick and thin. But with the recent turn of events, their marriage seems to be in a precarious situation. The couple who met at an Ohio rehab center and tied the knot in November 2022 at the same facility, has been arguing as they struggle with their long-distance marriage. Nobody knows what the future of this marriage is like. The couple started on a loving note at the rehab facility, even though there might have been more at play than just chance when they first met on the show. After the couple got close to each other, within a few weeks, Tammy asked Caleb what brought him to the rehab. Caleb was prompt to answer, "you" and explained how he did a bit of social media stalking to find Tammy. This did come as a shock to Tammy, but she did not seem to be too alarmed by this red flag.

The Sun US reported, Tammy underwent successful gastric bypass surgery and stayed back in the facility after her marriage, as doctors continued to monitor her health progress. Caleb was at the facility at that time, dealing with obesity-related health problems. For her next rounds of surgery, Tammy, left the Ohio rehab center to settle down in Kentucky in her new home last month, leaving her husband, Caleb, behind. This is causing some serious strains in the couple's marriage, who are yet to decide what to do. With Tammy in Kentucky, undergoing her weight loss surgeries, Caleb did plan on transferring to a clinic in Kentucky to be closer to his new wife and help her recover. But he lacked the initiative to do so. He did not make the necessary arrangements with his insurance coverage and neither did he show an interest in doing so. He kept pushing his plans to the extent that it is causing some trouble in his married life. This is indeed making Tammy upset, who feels very saddened by the whole situation. Tammy has been in Kentucky, taking care of her sister, Amy, and her children 2-year-old Gage and eight months old Glenn, while also dealing with Amy's split from her ex-husband Michael Halterman. It is the full house that is stressing Tammy out and with Caleb not around to lend a helping hand, it is getting worse. The Sun US further reported that an insider revealed Tammy feels as if she is "single again."
Will Tammy and Caleb leave town?
It is not known whether Caleb will move to Kentucky to be with Tammy, but the idea of a honeymoon is on the table. The producers of the show want to indulge Tammy and Caleb on a honeymoon trip, along with her entire family, to Greece. With travels being restrictive for Tammy due to her weight, she is quite keen on seeing the world, now that she has dropped a few pounds. Greece has always been on Salton's bucket list, and it is evident from Amy's Greek-inspired pregnancy photoshoot before her split with Michael Halterman. But this much-needed vacation might just backfire and not convince the family to stay on the show, as the family is in talks with another producer regarding a new spin-off show. But with the Tammy-Caleb situation on the horizon, their marriage is also in question. Will Caleb finally take the initiative to move to Kentucky? Only time will tell.
