RJ Cutler, who is the filmmaker behind Apple's recent documentary 'Billi Ellish: The World's A Little Blurry' is back with a show for the streamer again. 'Dear...,' is a ten-part documentary series and each of the episodes concerns a very famous person and functions as something of a career retrospective of them, complete with interviews, archival footage, and stories of how they inspired others.

The upcoming Season 2 of 'Dear...' sees Viola Davis, Selena Gomez and Jane Fonda on the Apple TV show. The Season 1 of the show featured Oprah Winfrey, Gloria Steinem, Spike Lee, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Yara Shahidi, Stevie Wonder, Aly Raisman, Mistry Copeland and Big Bird. What is 'Dear...' all about 

The official synopsis reads, "Inspired by Apple's groundbreaking “Dear Apple” spots, “Dear…” takes an inventive and cinematic approach to biographies of the most iconic figures in society today by using letters written by those whose lives have been changed through their work."

Moreover, she is the first African-American to achieve the 'Triple Crown of Acting.' Her other works include 'Doubt', 'State of Play', ' Trust', 'The Help', 'Prisoners', 'Get on up', ' Suicide Squad', 'Fences', ' Ma Rainey's Black Bottom', and ' The Unforgivable.'
