'Dancing With The Stars' Season 31: Meet the pro and celeb couples on the show
'Dancing with the Stars' is returning for another exciting season. Season 31 of the show will once again bring together a bunch of professional dancers paired with famous celebrities. These couples will compete with each other and dance their feet off to win the Mirrorball Trophy.
The 11-week-long season will bring together drama and entertainment. This season will be hosted by Tyra Banks and Alfonso Ribeiro. Disney+ has released a whole list of professionals and celebs for this season. Keep reading to know who are on the list.

Daniella Karagach
Danielle Karagach is an American dancer. She began her dance partnership with Pasha Pashkov in 2009. The duo tied the knot in 2014. Together they have won various awards and worked for many shows. Karagach was also a choreographer for 'So You Think You Can Dance'. She made her appearance as a professional on 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 28. This time, the professional is paired with bodybuilder, Joseph Baena.
Sasha Farber
Sasha Farber is an Australian-American dancer. He began her career when he was 13 and represented Australia in World Latin Championship when he was just 17. Witney Carson
Witney Carson is an American Latin ballroom dancer. Carson started her dancing career at the age of three and is proficient in every form of dance. However, she gained fame after 'So You Think You Can Dance'. She was later a troupe dancer in 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 16 and was promoted to a professional in Season 18. In this season she is paired with Wayne Brady.
Cheryl Burke
Cheryl Burke has a long history with 'Dancing with the Stars'. The California-born model, TV host, and dancer first appeared in the show in 2006. She became the first female professional to win a trophy in Season 2. Burke has been on the show for 24 seasons and is coming back again, this time she is paired with Sam Champion.
Mark Ballas
The American dancer, singer, songwriter, and actor debuted on the show in Season 5. In Season 31, he will be pairing with social media star Charli D'Amelio. Ballas is married to singer BC Jean.
Artem Chigvintsev
Artem Chigvintsev is a Russian-American Latin dancer. He became famous after 'So You Think You Can Dance'. Chigvintsev first appeared in 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 18 and was promoted to professional dancer in Season 19. This time, the dancer is paired with Charli's mother Heidi D'Amelio.
Alan Bersten
Alan Bersten has been an active Latin ballroom dancer since 2013. Bersten first appeared in 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 20. He was then promoted to professional in Season 25. The dancer suffered some major injuries during the show but never backed down from dancing and competing. In the coming season, he partners with Jesse James Decker
Emma Slater
Farber's better half, Emma Slater, is pairing in Season 31 with actor and model Trevor Donovan. Slater first appeared in 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 14 and was promoted to professional in Season 17. Slater has faced low ratings, eliminations, and injuries on the show, but she never lost her competitive attitude.
Britt Stewart
Britt Stewart began dancing at the age of three. She was a backup dancer for famous singers such as Demi Lovato, Rihanna and Selena Gomez among others. Stewart was featured in 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 23 and was promoted to professional in Season 29. In the coming season, she is partnering with actor Daniel Durant.
Pasha Pashkov
Karagach's husband Pasha Pashkov is also returning as a professional in Season 31. Pashkov is paired with reality TV star Teresa Giudice. Pashkov has been with 'Dancing with the Stars' ever since the second season.
Koko Iwasaki
Koko Iwasaki is the newest members to join 'Dancing with the Stars'. She is partnered with reality TV star Vinny Guadagnino. Iwasaki was also featured in 'So You Think You Can Dance' and is a proficient contemporary dancer.
Louis Van Amstel
Louis Van Amstel is a Dutch-American ballroom dancer. Amstel has been with 'Dancing with the Stars' ever since its first season. Moreover, this time, he returns to partner with actress, singer, and author Cheryl Ladd.
Peta Murgatroyd
Peta Murgatroyd is a New Zealand-born ballroom dancer. She first appeared in 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 12 and became a pro in Season 13. In the upcoming season, she is pairing with Jason Lewis. The dancer was also featured in 'Burn The Floor'.
Gleb Savchenko
Gleb Savchenko is a Russian native who was married to professional dancer, Elena Samodanova. However, they parted ways in 2020. Gleb started his career as a professional dancer in 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 16. He is now going to be paired with an American drag queen, Shangela.
Brandon Armstrong
Brandon Armstrong joined 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 24 and in Season 27 was promoted to a professional dancer. In Season 31, he will be pairing with singer and actor, Jordin Sparks. Brandon recently tied the knot with his girlfriend Brylee Ivers.
Val Chmerkovskiy
The Ukrainian native Val Chmerkovskiy is a professional dancer. Val started his career with 'Dancing with the Stars' in Season 2 and in this season he is pairing with 'The Bachelorette' star Gabby Windey. He met his better half, Jenna Johnson, on the same show. The couple confessed their love for each other and got married in July. This year the couple announced that they were expecting their first child.
'Dancing with the Stars' Season 31 is all set to premiere on September 19 at 8 pm ET on Disney+.
