LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Denis Villeneuve stunned the world with an extraordinary adaptation of David Lynch’s 1984 movie ‘Dune’ and took home six Academy Awards. Apart from a critical success, the science fiction film was also a commercial success and earned more than $400 million globally even when it was released simultaneously on HBO Max as well. Fans made it clear that they wanted to see ‘Dune’ on the biggest screen possible. Warner Bros didn’t take much time in announcing the sequences and after a long wait of two years, we finally have the first footage from the highly anticipated sequel.

Titled ‘Dune Part Two,’ the movie will take the story forward from where the first movie concluded. In the first movie, we saw Paul Atreides (Timothee Chalamet) and his mother (Rebecca Fergusson) wandering through the desert after Paul’s father (Oscar Isaac) was murdered. The concluding moments of the movie saw the duo joining indigenous Freman, with danger still lurking out there. It will be interesting to what will happen in Part Two and the teaser released by WB has only made us more curious.
