Season 10 of NBC's 'Chicago Fire' took some interesting turns before hitting the brakes, calling for a mid-season interval. Episode 12 saw Stella Kidd take charge as Acting Lieutenant replacing Pelham; Chief Boden went all out to save one of his own and members of Firehouse 51 plan an "alt-party" to the CFD gala that was marred with Covid-related restrictions.
There were also some romantic developments, with Stella and Kelly getting engaged while Hawkins and Violet shared a passionate kiss at the gala. Despite a lot happening in Episode 12, it was Stella Kidd who stole the spotlight with her amazing leadership skills and her heightened sense of comradery. Fans also adored the way Chief Boden looked out for Pelham, calling him a "Papa Bear" guarding his cubs.

When will Episode 13 of 'Chicago Fire' Season 10 air
Episode 13 airs on February 23, 2022, at 9 pm ET on NBC. 'Chicago Med' and 'Chicago PD,' sister shows belonging to the One Chicago franchise, will return with brand new episodes on the same date. The regular schedule was disrupted due to the Winter Olympics and the series will be back on track once the international sports event is over. Titled 'Fire Cop,' the upcoming episode's synopsis reads, "Severide and Seager team up to investigate a fire at the home of a troubled young woman. Pelham moves into 51’s rumored cursed office. Kylie assists Kidd with Girls on Fire."
What to expect from Episode 13
Episode 13 of 'Chicago Fire' Season 10 will see Jason Pelham return to Firehouse 51 as Lieutenant. He was benched and in line for dismissal after being alleged of behaving negligently while on duty. It will also be interesting to see how Stella Kidd and Kelly Severide go about planning their wedding. Another romance angle that could really set the screen on fire is between Evan Hawkins and Violet Mikami. Apart from these, we will also get to sit through an investigation led by Kelly, as he bands with Seager to look into a mysterious fire accident.
