'Chicago Fire' Episode 12: Fans warn show antagonists to not mess with '51 family'

From Stella Kidd taking charge as lieutenant to Chief Boden going all out to save one of his own, the new episode might just be the best one yet

One thing is clear by now, mask-wearing is here to stay (not for long hopefully) and so is Lieutenant Pelham. We know that the first part is disheartening but the latter seems to make people, especially fans of 'Chicago Fire,' feel better. The new episode of the NBC drama, which covers the lives of the members of the Chicago Fire Department, has aired to positive response. The masses have spoken and they love it!

Switching between Stella Kidd's first day as Acting Lieutenant, Paramedic in Charge Sylvie Brett's quest to throw a banger of an "alt-party," and Deputy District Chief Boden's attempts to clear Pelham's name, the episode was a thoroughly engaging watch. Fans were quick to express their love for Stella Kidd, played by Miranda Rae Mayo, who replaced Pelham and executed two missions successfully. They also adored how Chief Boden looked out for Pelham, lovingly calling him a "Papa Bear" guarding his cubs.
