BTS continue their pre-concert tradition as they attend Silk Sonic concert

Silk Sonic’s Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak post on Instagram revealing BTS’ Jimin, Suga, and RM were at their Las Vegas show ahead of Grammy’s 2022

Seems like BTS members are making a new tradition ahead of their US concerts which fans are in love with. On April 1, it was reported that BTS members were at the Silk Sonic (Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars) concert in Las Vegas. Some fans did not trust this given all the attempts from BTS members at pranking ARMYs for April Fool’s Day, other fans wondered if a collab between the two artists was in the works. Silk Sonic’s Anderson .Paak has talked about how he would love to work with BTS in the past, which is why a collab between BTS and Silk Sonic seemed more plausible.

Much to fans’ surprise, Jimin and RM (Namjoon) both posted photos of themselves accompanied by Suga (Yoongi) taken after the Silk Sonic Las Vegas show last night. Back in December 2021, ahead of their Los Angeles SoFi Stadium concert for ‘Permission To Dance On Stage’, members Jimin, V (Taehyung), J-Hope (Hoseok) and Jungkook had all attended the Harry Styles concert which was trending all over the internet for days.

Jimin, RM, and Suga attend the Silk Sonic concert in Las Vegas

With three out of the seven members of BTS off commission as rapper J-Hope, who is still in South Korea after he contracted Covid-19 and was under quarantine as the rest of the members left for the US, Jin (Seokjin), who is resting after his hand surgery, and maknae Jungkook, who is under quarantine in a hotel room in the USA, the rest of BTS are still having a gala time in Las Vegas.

From their recent Instagram updates, fans can see that BTS’ V was having the best night of his life as he danced solo amidst couples at a restaurant while RM, Suga, and Jimin on the other hand spent their evening at the Silk Sonic concert. Unlike many other artists, Silk Sonic does not allow the use of phones and smartwatches in their concerts which is why when there were no photos of the three BTS members at the show, fans thought that they were being pranked.

With Bruno Mars as well as Anderson .Paak both posting photos with RM, Jimin, and Suga, fans are relieved to know BTS members are continuing their US pre-concert tradition. One fan sneaked a video from the concert saying, “Namjoon vibing at the Silk Sonic Concert.”

‘What if something’s coming up soon?’

Fans are speculating that as BTS members attend the Silk Sonic concert ahead of the 2022 Grammys where both acts are seated nearby, a collab could be in the works. One fan said, “Bts in LV is already funny bc you’ve got yoonminjoon on a concert date to silk sonic, taehyung dancing alone at a jazz bar, jungkook losing his mind out of boredom on instagram, hoseok LYING about going there, all while seokjin’s somewhere at their hotel relaxing.” One more fan said, “I was at the silk sonic concert in vegas tonight and anderson paak confirmed BTS was at the show!!!!! i screamed so loud the girl in front of me turned around to see if i was ok.” 

Ahead of the updates from BTS and Silk Sonic members, one fan had said, “Silk sonic concerts don’t allow phones so bts really could have been there we will never know.” One more fan exclaimed, “WAIT YOU'RE TELLING ME BTS WENT TO THE SILK SONIC CONCERT TONIGHT LIKE ANDERSON PAAK SAID THAT BTS WAS THERE ?!?? SOME PPL ARE SAYING THEY SAW JOON, JIMIN AND YOONGI.” Another fan said, “Anderson Paak saying his dream collab is bts then bts appearing at a silk sonic concert....  the dots are connecting they are connected they are making a valid point.” A fan said, “Some bts members going to silk sonic concert, bts sitting next to silk sonic at the grammys, idk but what if something’s coming up soon.”
