The trailer kicks off with the story set sometime in the 1980s with the song ' King of Rock' by RUN DMC playing in the background immediately setting the mood to that of swag and suave. This is the story of two young boys with a dream and passion for power who set their sights on supremacy from a young age. Demetrius' Lil Meech' Flenory Jr fits right into the character of his very own father Demetrius 'Big Meech' Flenory the notorious cocaine kingpin and southwest Detroit legend. Meech along with brother Terry Flenory ( Da'Vinchi) are men with a plan and they don't intend to let anything get in the way of their dreams. Aspiring to be like the Young Boys Incorporated, the brothers set out to get what they want. Money, women are all part of the deal but what interests them both is respect. An unexpected car ride as kids takes them on a journey beyond their wildest imaginations straight towards their new life.

From executive producer 50 Cent, we see the treacherous journey of two people, right from kids to cocaine kingpins. Faced with new problems, their way up the ladder sees the introduction of enemies, competition, doubts and lethal risks. Snoop Dogg makes a surprising appearance in the trailer and fans of the rapper can expect an interesting performance. The tension just keeps building as things get real and personal with the families concerned and at risk of getting caught in the crossfire.

Bringing to light the plight of African- Americans back in those times, we see them fight for what they've been denied and take what they want in this inspiring and thrilling journey. With the proclamation of them going to be the kings of Detroit we are given a peek into what's to come. This is a story of love, loyalty, crime and family as the show ties it all together in an amazing first look.

Audiences are in for a treat as we follow the electrifying story of America's notoriously famous crime organization. 'Black Mafia Family' is set to release on September 26, 2021 only on Starz.
