'Below Deck' Season 10: As Captain Lee returns, Captain Sandy wonders if he will be OK with the changes
RODNEY BAY, SAINT LUCIA: Everyone's favorite Captain Lee Rosbach is finally on the deck! 'Below Deck' Season 10 started with Captain Lee being the head of the boat. However, in between, he had to leave the show because of health issues. After his departure, the captain's position was filled by Sandy Yawn.
Well, now things are finally getting back on track. It seemed that Captain Sandy was a bit hard on the crew members. She brought a lot of shuffles on the boat with her arrival. So, will the crew members be happy with Captain Lee's return? Or, will the crew members miss how Captain Sandy used to manage things on the boat? Captain Sandy bids adieu to 'Below Deck' Season 10
In 'Below Deck' Season 10, Episode 14, we will see Captain Sandy getting a call from Captain Lee on her phone. He informs her that he has been doing well and is all good to return to the deck. Listening to this, Captain Sandy calls a meeting of all the crew members, including the new arrival, Leigh Ann Smith, to inform them about Captain Lee coming back on the deck. Everyone seemed pretty happy with the news, but at the same time, they were rushed with a wave of emotion knowing that Captain Sandy would be bidding adieu to the boat.
Captain Sandy claims, "I don't know why I am so emotional," as she says goodbye to the team members. She further adds, "It has created this incredible bond." Before leaving the boat, Captain Sandy praised the crew members, saying, 'I'm so grateful for their hard work and dedication. What they have gone through at this point is pretty awesome." Everyone hugged Captain Sandy and said good words before she left the boat. Then arrives Captain Lee, wearing a blue t-shirt and holding a cane in his left hand.
Captain Lee gives health updates to his fans
Before his arrival on the deck, Captain Lee updated his fans about his health. The star tweeted, "Ok, I’ll be back next week, can’t wait to get back, feels good, no, feels great." He added, "Same drill, gym in the am, and to anyone I have missed, catch you on the flip side. Your outpouring of support is amazing, thank you so very much. I am touched. Thank you so very much." Fans seem to have cherished the arrival of Captain Lee.

Will Captain Lee be OK with the changes Captain Sandy made?
Before Captain Lee takes hold of the deck, Captain Sandy will be seen informing him about the changes that were made in his absence. She informs Captain Lee, "Alissa is gone!" Instead of acting shocked, Captain Lee gave a very normal response to this. He said in a personal interview, "She did the right thing. They needed to go then they need to go." Captain Sandy further adds, "I made Camille go." It seemed Captain Lee was ok with this as well. He responded, "I hope she made the best decision for the boat and the crew." Indeed, there is not going to be any bad blood between Captain Sandy and Captain Lee.
We will have to wait further to see whether Captain Lee will be proud of the changes that have happened in the crew since his absence. 'Below Deck' Season 10 airs every Monday at 8 pm ET on Bravo, with new episodes airing the following day on Peacock.
