RODNEY BAY, SAINT LUCIA: It's time for 'Below Deck' Season 10 to lay off another crew! By now, most of you must have already guessed who is going to be kicked out of the deck — Alissa Humber. She has been skating on thin ice ever since Captain Sandy arrived on the show. In the upcoming episode, the captain's patience will run out seeing Alissa's constant rude behavior.

Captain Sandy has often found Alissa chilling out while Tyler does extra work on the deck. But, in the upcoming episode, she won't be seen keeping her mouth shut on noticing the situation. Instead, the captain will call out Alissa for not working and instead of apologizing, Alissa will be seen arguing with her. Seeing Alissa constantly interrupt her and not show any respect, the captain says, "Stop talking because there is a way to talk to a Captain. And, right now the way you're talking to me is not okay." Captain Sandy further talks about the matter to Chief Steward Fraser, saying, "Alissa crossed the line." Keep reading to know what's the reason that leads Captain Sandy to fire Alissa.

Captain Sandy has often been seen calling out Alissa for being disrespectful. After another similar instance in the upcoming episode, we will see Captain Sandy saying to Alissa, "You're insubordination and lack of respect is insurmountable." Captain Sandy recalled the last episode's instance where Alissa called her Sandy and then corrected it to Captain Sandy. The boat's captain reminded Alissa, "no matter what job you are working in, respect for a hierarchy is a must." The captain then says, "I'm letting you go" to Alissa, clearly meaning that she is firing her. Captain Sandy further asks Ross to escort Ross off the boat and said, "you can leave now." Instead of apologizing for her behavior, Alissa instantly got off her seat and said "thank you" as she walked off the room.

As soon as Alissa was laid off the boat Ben video-called Camille to give her the news. He said, "Alissa got let go. They let go of the wrong chick at the start." Listening to this, Camille seemed to smile with satisfaction on her face. "I've been vindicated," she said in a personal interview, adding, "I'm satisfied that people got to see what I saw." Camille then goes on to say "#JusticeForCamille."

With Alissa now gone there will undoubtedly be a lot of work for the remaining deck stews. Thankfully, Captain Sandy is planning to bring a new deck stew on board in the next episode. We'll have to wait a bit more for the release to know how the new steward will turn out to be.

'Below Deck' Season 10 airs every Monday at 8 pm ET on Bravo, with new episodes airing the following day on Peacock.
