Who will replace Captain Lee Rosbach in 'Below Deck' Season 10? Fans say 'micromanaging and chaos' ahead
RODNEY BAY, SAINT LUCIA: Ever since Bravo's 'Below Deck' Season 10 started, we have seen Captain Lee Rosbach struggling with his health issues. In Episode 4, Rosbach met the cast members to announce that his health has been deteriorating. He has lost senses in his left leg and for the same reason Rosbach has taken the decision to leave 'Below Deck.'
The episode left the viewers on a cliffhanger by making everyone wonder who will replace Captain Lee Rosbach in the upcoming episodes. According to fan theories, it's Captain Sandy Yawn who has a strong chance to get featured on the show by replacing Rosbach. It seems that a major spoiler has been spilled by the fans. A fan took it to a Reddit thread and uploaded a picture of Captain Sandy standing on the boat, probably Saint David. This picture was taken while Season 10 was being filmed where Captain Sandy is spotted wearing a similar outfit to that of Captain Lee. Moreover, Starcasm reports of Captain Sandy and chief stew Fraser Olender working together, indeed hinting that she has allegedly replaced the place of Captain Lee. A fan claimed the reason for validating Captain Sandy's arrival ahead, saying, "Well, her schedule must be pretty open now that her 'Lead-Her-Ship' Tour was CANCELED and her restaurant in Jacksonville didn't open as scheduled in 2021."
Captain Sandy has often been labeled as a "micromanager" in 'Below Deck.' Therefore, fans think that with Captain Sandy allegedly replacing Captain Lee there will be a lot of drama and feud that will follow in the coming episodes. A fan commented on a Reddit thread, "I loved when Sandy first introduced herself on the show and said, 'I’m not a micromanager.' Any manager that says that before you’ve even started working is definitely going to be a micromanager." Another replied, "And there is literally nothing Sandy can call Rachel on with her work." "I think Chef Rachel and her will get in a full-on brawl," wrote another fan.
However, it is yet to be confirmed whether Captain Sandy will replace Captain Lee or not. The official synopsis of 'Below Deck' Season 10 Episode 5 reads, "Captain Lee's injury forces him to leave St David, and the hands-on deck try to put their best foot forward for the new captain; Ross and Fraser struggle with Camille's attitude; an official promotion is given within the deck team."
