OAK ISLAND, NORTH CAROLINA: HGTV is returning with another set of exciting renovations in 'Battle on the Beach' Season 4. Expert judges Bryan and Sarah Baeumler will award a whopping $50,000 cash prize to the fourth team of the franchise.

However, previous season winners, Kerry and David Kersh (Season 1), Paige and Corey Cyr (Season 2) and Ashley Basnight and Steve Lewis (Season 3) from teams of mentors, Taniya Nayak, Alison Victoria, and Ty Pennington, have been thriving in the jobs while excelling their craftsmanship.

The HGTV renovators were assigned similar-looking beachfront houses each season which featured three similar four-bedroom and two-bathroom houses. The teams won the competition with a stand-out look with a minimum budget but hefty value.

Where are the 'Battle on the Beach' winners now?

Kerry and David Kersh

'Battle on the Beach' Season 1 winner Kerry and David Kersh started flipping, building, and designing houses after winning a $50,000 cash prize. The married couple's journey was led by Taniya Nayak and the renovator's mentorship helped Kerry and David to win the HGTV show.

The duo has revamped multiple historic buildings and turned the abodes back to their glory days. Kerry and David have been currently busy preserving a mix of mid-century and boho farmhouses. Additionally, The Kersh family has moved to a new farmhouse. Although they didn't disclose their location, Kerry and David did reveal the stunning renovation.

The HGTV couple shared that they have turned "one of the tiny bedrooms into a master bath. We walled up the wall going to the back porch, turned the one closet into a double closet, added a full-size tub/shower, full-size vanity, and all while preserving all the original trim, doors, hardware, and 1920’s shiplap wall."

Paige and Corey Cyr

Team Alison Victoria's renovators Paige and Corey Cyr have achieved quite a success after their HGTV show gig. The duo started and then expanded their Fort McMurray office to Edmonton, Canada as well as their The Agency Edmonton to Alberta.

Paige and Corey's agency was also featured in Netflix's 'Buying Beverly Hills'. Additionally, Paige recently received the prestigious Chairman's Award from The Agency. HGTV's Season 2 winners Paige and Corey raised the value of the beachfront house to $789,800.

Alison was excited for Paige and Corey to win the renovation show and she noted, "I've lost every competition show until now and I couldn't be more proud to win it with Corey and Paige. They deserved it."

Ashley Basnight and Steve Lewis

Ashley Basnight and Steve Lewis helped Ty Pennington become the mentor of the winning team after continuously losing for two seasons. Friends duo Ashley and Steve bagged a $50K prize after they added the most valuation to their stunning renovation of the Gulf Shores, Alabama, beach bungalow.

After winning the HGTV show, Ashley announced a year-long partnership for 2024 with The Home Depot. She has also competed in the Oklahoma City Home and Garden Show. Meanwhile, Steve has continued to renovate beautiful houses.
