Who are Ryan and Kelsey Mansingh?
Introducing Akron's talented DIY home renovators and house flippers who go under the moniker "The Newbuild Newlyweds"! With their captivating presence on TikTok and Instagram, they offer followers an inside look into their projects and everyday lives. They believe that being newlyweds is a state of mind that transcends time, and their continuous pursuit of new creations solidifies this identity. Though Ryan's expertise stems from his two years of woodshop in high school, they have honed their skills through trial and error, drawing inspiration from online resources such as YouTube tutorials. Kelsey's grandparents laid the foundation of a successful custom home building and real estate company in Northeast Ohio in 1968, which is now owned by her older brother, Scott.
