LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Bachelorette' couple Charity Lawson and Dotun Olubeko appeared on 'The Golden Bachelor' as Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist took the big plunge of getting married. 

Amid the occasion of Gerry's marriage, Dotun took the opportunity to announce his wedding date. He revealed that he will tie the knot with Charity in the fall of 2025. 

The couple has nearly two years to plan their D-day. This did not sit well with the fans of the couple who feared the couple "might break up by then". A fan asked, "So you’re telling me Charity and Dotun’s wedding is almost 2 years away?"

Another shocked fan wrote, "Charity and Dotun getting married Fall 2025. No offence but did we need 18 month heads up. Thought they'd say THIS FALL."

One mocked the couple and said, "#Charity & #Dotun felt they needed to announce a Wedding date almost 2 years from now! Wow!"

Some social media users speculated that the two-year gap might end their relationship. "Charity and Dotun might break up by then that’s too long and far to be engaged," wrote one.

One tweeted, "Charity and Dotun fall 2025, they’ll prob break up before then!"

One person wrote, "Fall of 2025?!?!? What in the world Charity and Dotun??? I was getting my outfit ready for THIS Fall!"

Another said, "Hoping that Dotun and Charity's wedding is also televised."

Charity Lawson has been busy these days with a bunch of reality shows. In the fall of 2023, she was seen filming 'Dancing With the Stars'.

Amid the hectic schedule, Charity was thoroughly supported by her fiance. She opened up about her 'DWTS' journey and how she managed to maintain a relationship with Dotun.

Charity said, "Yes!!! I try to be as intentional as I am with dancing as I am with my relationship. He is the most supportive in this chapter of life for us and for that alone, I’m the most grateful. With a rigorous schedule, I try to squeeze in moments for us to enjoy together."

2023 has been too generous for Charity Lawson and she expects 2024 to be the same.

As 2023 ended, Charity recounted some of the best moments of the year and said, "2023- a year I learned what love is, in all its forms. From my journey on the bachelor airing, to being named bachelorette, to meeting my soulmate and becoming a fiancé, to being a lil dancing queen, all while meeting some incredible people who is now family to me along the way."

Calling herself blessed, she added, "To think I was praying and manifesting but being ready to receive all that I was asking for. God you are good. The life I lived this year and opportunities I was blessed with, I will forever be in awe of."

Charity claimed 2023 to be the best year of her life. She wrote, "I am BEYOND ready for what 2024 has for me."
