Are Kaylor Martin and Aaron Evans together? 'Love Island USA' star had doubts about 'risky' relationship
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kaylor Martin and Aaron Evans were among the most talked-about pairs on 'Love Island USA' this season. On their first date, the two appeared to have a solid relationship.
However, Casa Amor occurred, and the Brit was quickly falling in love with Daniela Ortiz-Rivera, while Kaylor was sleeping outdoors and sobbing at Aaron's absence. After much sobbing from Kaylor, Aaron returned from Casa Amor by himself, and the two finally restored their romance and declared their love for one another.
Aaron's credibility was questioned by viewers, and this suspicion was expressed in 'The Viall Files'.
As the two departed together after being eliminated, Kaylor was questioned whether she had any reservations about her and Aaron's relationship when she appeared on the popular podcast. Although the native Pennsylvanian acknowledged having some reservations, she planned to take things day by day.
"I'm 22, so I know I have a lot of time to fall in love, break up, fall in love with another person, hook up with them, kiss a bunch of men," she said to host Nick Viall, "And I think that's what's so valuable, especially before you do settle down and have those experiences, so I think that’s why I'm like, yeah, this is a huge risk I'm taking with Aaron, but that's okay because I'm 22 years old."
She added, "I'm allowed to take these risks, and these risks are going to help me down the line. It's going to show me what I do and do not want in a relationship, and yeah, it could work out, but I'm 22 years old the chances of that happening are very slim."
"With Aaron, it's definitely a huge, huge risk that I'm taking, and I'm really freaking scared but we'll see," she finished, "We'll see what happens. I think everything happens for a reason, so even if this doesn't turn to work out, then I feel like it's in my life to show me something."

Complicating matters further, the interview explores Kaylor's strained relationship with her mother, who has been openly critical of Aaron.
Kaylor confessed that her friends and relatives still harbor negative feelings against Aaron because of his time spent with Daniella in Casa Amor. While her friends are upset with him and appear to "hate" him for getting back together with Daniela, she was equally taken aback when her mother, who is not very active on social media, expressed her disapproval of Kaylor's boyfriend on Facebook.
Kaylor's mother wants everyone to know that she disapproves of her relationship with Aaron. The mother of the 'Love Island USA' star, Kara Kaylor-Stewart, has been observing her daughter's relationship with Aaron from a distance.
Earlier this month, Kara attacked Aaron on Facebook, criticizing everything from his appearance to his "fragile emotional dysfunction."
"My heart bleeds for you baby girl and I wish I could take the pain/hurt you will endure," she said in a post on July 4.
"Kaylor, you’re a strong advocate for empowering your loved ones, having faith and trusting one another, and most of all… your loyalty to your friends and invested allegiance to do whatever it takes for them to feel joy, experience peace and serenity."
"Honestly, I was shocked initially when you selected Aaron for a courtship," she added.
"The absence of physical traits/appearance you’d otherwise insist on or MUST HAVE, prior to considering date potential….and even more astounding…his fragile emotion dysfunction, a caveat to verbal outbursts, tantrums, utter disrespect and consistent crying bouts reminiscent of a hormonal teenage boy."
She concluded her post by writing, "My beautiful girl, be thankful for laughter and novel experiences you & Aaron shared and be grateful that his self-serving motives, and ingenuity are blatant & transparent for the world to see now, not later. Always routing for you."
She went back on Facebook two days later, following Kaylor's on-air defiance of Aaron.
"My beautiful angel, I’m so proud of you for staying grounded and knowing you deserve better!" her July 6 post started.
"You will find your love, your best friend, a man that would ride or die for you… a man that is selfless – only concerned with your needs/desires/wishes and forget about their own/self. It’s not hard to find a loyal man. Sadly for you… the man I’m talking about is not AAron (he’s a boy)."
Nick Viall shares his view on the Kaylor-Aaron relationship in 'Love Island USA' Season 6
When Kaylor and Nick sat down on 'The Viall Files' in July, Kaylor spoke up about some of her "regrets" from her experience on 'Love Island USA'. The moment she said to Aaron, "I can't be mad at you," was, according to Nick, his "least favorite part" of her scenes on the show.
Aaron, the star of 'Love Island USA', "seems great," but Nick also mentioned that Aaron looks "kind of used to having people not stay mad at him."

Comparing the connection between Kaylor and Aaron to that of the victors, Kordell Beckham and Serena Page, Kaylor expressed her understanding of why the former would be the public's pick. Although Kordell made mistakes in his relationship as well, Kaylor claims that he "took ownership" of all that happened in the Casa Amor episodes.
She continues, "Also, Serena gave him a little bit of a run for his money, and I gave in really quickly, and it think that America watching was like, …you folded really quick.”
Kaylor went on to say that she wished to set an example for girls experiencing similar problems at home, "I don’t want to be someone who just gives in…"
However, she noted, "In the villa, it’s really hard to do that… it was hard to stay mad at him also because he was one of my best friends in there. He’s who I would go to about everything."
