There has been no announcement of their separation on social media, leading to the belief that their relationship is still going strong. While the couple hasn't been seen posting photos together, they frequently express their joy in parenthood on social media.
In '7 Little Johnstons' Season 14, the couple will be seen announcing their pregnancy to family members. In the trailer, Brice expresses, "I'm feeling super nervous about it," and Liz adds, "Brice and I will be having a baby."
From the trailer, it appears that Liz and Brice's nervousness was justified, as the Johnston family does not seem entirely thrilled with the news. Trent Johnston remarks, "I think it will be safe to say that all three of us might have a little disappointment."

She further explains, "Elizabeth being a little person having achondroplasia dwarfism, obviously puts her in the high-risk category." Trent goes on to explain to Brice that achondroplasia mothers can not have natural childbirth as their pelvic bone is too small.
"You have to have a C-section," added Trent. As Liz's delivery date comes closer, she says, "I ain't ready for her to come out now."

Liz gave birth to Leighton Drew Bolden on November 3, 2023, through a C-section procedure. She later shared a slew of pictures of the baby girl, saying, "11/03/2023 Leighton Drew Bolden 5lbs 10oz 19 inches long of pure sweetness we couldn’t be more in love with you!!!"
On February 3, Liz and Brice celebrated the baby's 3 months. Sharing a couple of pictures, Liz wrote, "February Leighton Drew you’ve grown so much."
Liz claims that being a mother has been "the biggest blessing" of her life. She started her work back in January 2024, 2 months and 19 days after giving birth.
'7 Little Johnstons' Season 14 will premiere on Tuesday, March 12 at 10/9c on TLC.
