'7 Little Johnstons' Season 12: Are Brice and Elizabeth still dating? Here's why Trent and Amber don't want her to marry yet
The Johnston family is back for a whole new season and it looks like now, the kids are finally growing up! With Emma and Alex entering their late teens, they're all set to go on dates and more, seeing that the Johnston family has permitted their kids to date only post 16. And while they get ready to explore love, some of their siblings, like Elizabeth, is already navigating through it!

How did Elizabeth and Brice meet?
Brice and Elizabeth met post her breakup with James. Early on, the two claimed to be friends, with Brice popping up on her Twitter in 2019. The pair even went to prom together. Things between the pair got more serious when Valentine's day rolled around, with Elizabeth taking to social media to gush about the roses Brice had gotten her. Since then, Brice has been a regular feature on Elizabeth's Instagram page, where the reality star often shares photos of the pair together.
Are the couple going to tie the knot?
For now, it looks like the couple have not tied the knot just yet, although this was something her parents were concerned about in the earlier season. While they have kept an open mind about their daughter's relationship so far, they have maintained that they want her complete her education and be a little more stable before making such a big move.
"We're definitely relieved Elizabeth is not engaged," Amber said. "We do know that it will happen, but it's super, super important for us as Elizabeth's parents she continues living independently, practicing the whole adulting and staying in school." she added. With Elizabeth living on her own, there has also been the added fact that Trent is not too thrilled with the idea of Brice being around as often as he is, as Johnstons are not on board with the idea of Brice and Elizabeth living together before marriage.
For now, it seems as though the couple is respecting their wishes, but a lot could stand to change in the upcoming season. Looks like for now, fans will have to wait and find out what lies in store for Brice and Elizabeth!
