Animal acts are a staple on 'America's Got Talent' -- after all, who doesn't love watching cute animals razzle and dazzle on stage. But, they seldom go according to plan, seeing that these situations can be stressful for the animals -- they're living beings after all as well. But, Season 17 seems to be taking it up a notch, as the Amazing Veranica & Her Incredible Friends were all set to raise the bar.

Looking for more reality competitions to check out? You might want to consider -- 'American Song Contest', 'American Idol' and 'So You Think You Can Dance'.

As Veranica & Her Incredible Friends took to the stage, the judges were instantly charmed by her adorable poodles. 12-year-old Veranica explained that she lived on a farm in Oxford Florida, with her 27 horses, 3 camels, 3 ponies, 8 goats, 50 doves, 50 chickens, 13 cats and 15 dogs -- she is clearly an animal lover, if you couldn't tell already. Seeing that Pepino's performance disappointed earlier, Simon Cowell asked young Veranica to "please be amazing", as she geared up to wow the judges. And she did just that, with her fun routine complete with poodles doing costume changes. She even got a standing ovation from the judges, with Sofia noting that it was both, "amazing" and "beautiful". Howie Mandel noted that Veranica "dazzled" them, with Heidi echoing the same sentiment. Simon even said that the show had never had an act where the animals actually listened -- even though one poodle, Woodya, kept running off after the performance. Veranica bagged her four 'yeses', advancing her and her adorably incredible friends to the next round.

Twitter loved the quick change and were just as impressed. "Hilarious... quick change for DOGS! #AGT is really fun this season." tweeted a fan. "Me at the start: oh, another dog act. Me at the end: Quick change?!?! Whaaaaatt?!?!  #AGT #AGTPremiere" added another. "I'm not a big fan of dog acts but this one was amazing  #AGT" said a fan. "Ohh the doggies are riding the scooters!
