'American Song Contest' Semifinals: John Morgan's performance opens to mixed reviews
John Morgan from North Carolina was one of the performers in Week 2 of the much-awaited semifinals of NBC's hit show, 'American Song Contest'. His country sing 'Right in the Middle' opened to mixed performances from audiences who took to social media. He was placed second at the time of writing with Kansas' Broderick Jones taking the top spot.

"North Carolina...I don't dislike it but I wonder if it's strong enough to stay in for the final? #AmericanSongContest," one of the fans commented.
