SUMRALL, MISSISSIPPI: 'American Idol' season 21 continues to hunt for singing stars in Nashville, Las Vegas, and New Orleans. The ABC singing competition has a long line of hopefuls waiting to compete to become the next big star in the music industry.
Among several aspiring singers is the stand-out performer Kayleigh Clark. The aspiring singer will soon make her music debut. However, she wants to make sure her music delivers messages with a positive outlook. Kayleigh, who is also a model, will show her talent in front of OG judges, Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan.

Kayleigh, a teenage singer, hails from Sumrall, Mississippi. The aspiring singer is also a model. According to Kayleigh's profile, she was introduced to the stage at an early age. This is why, the stage has always been a second home to her and she feels she is in her comfort zone in front of an audience. Additionally, Kayleigh has spent years competing in beauty pageants, performing in talent shows, walking the runway and showcasing her modeling techniques. However, she realized her passion for singing at a young age. She shared in the profile interview, "From the time my feet would hit the floor in the morning to the time I’d go to bed I was always tapping, humming, singing, whistling, anything musical." Kayleigh further shared that her biggest inspirations were her parents as both of them sing and her father also plays the guitar. She credits her parents for all the support they have shown as she pursues her passion for music. Kayleigh performed her first solo, 'Happy Birthday, Jesus' when she was just 4 at the church. Kayleigh has also modeled at Fashion Week in New York in 2019. Kayleigh will soon debut her first album. She has also shared her covers of 'The Good Ones' by Gabby Barrett and 'Temporary Home' by Carrie Underwood. Moreover, Kayleigh sees Miranda Lambert as her inspiration "because she doesn't care what anyone thinks." She further explained, "I really look up to that because back when I was in school, or whenever I started homeschooling, people had some things to say about my modeling and singing and so it kind of got to me. I started listening to her music more and she really helped me through that with her positive music."

ABC Network has recently revealed the first look photos of the aspiring singer. Kayleigh looked stunning in her casual yet stylish attire. In one of the photos, she complemented her gorgeous look with a bright smile. The rising singer has also posted a few photos on her social media to share her excitement. Kayleigh posed with an Idol backdrop for the photo. Meanwhile, alongside the photo, she penned, "Don’t forget the premier of American Idol is next Sunday, February 19th, don’t miss it, you may see a familiar face!!!💙⭐️"
'American Idol' Season 21 new episode airs at 8 pm ET on Sunday. It will be available on Hulu the next day.
