'American Horror Stories': Release date, plot, cast, trailer and how to watch AHS spin-off series
There's good news for fans of 'American Horror Story.' Come July 15, a spin off of 'American Horror Story', called 'American Horror Stories' will premiere and will feature 16 one hour-long contained episodes.
While fans may or may not see Sarah Paulson make an appearance, they can expect her presence behind the camera since Paulson said in an interview that she will be directing an episode. She said in an earlier interview, “I don’t know if I’m going to be in it, but I do think I’m going to be directing it." The series also stars a whole host of other talent including former 'Glee' star Kevin McHale, Riverdale actor Charles Melton, a star of Netflix’s 'The Prom' Nico Greetham, and 'Pose' star Dyllón Burnside.

'American Horror Stories' will premiere on July 15 exclusively on FX on Hulu.
How to watch
Viewers will need a Hulu account to catch the series which is billed as an FX Original on Hulu. A monthly subscription of Hulu starts at $5.99 a month.
Plot
'American Horror Stories' will have a different format than its predecessor 'American Horror Story'. Each of the 16 episodes will be formatted as a stand alone ghost story. But as long as it gives viewers goosebumps, new format or not, we're sure no one is complaining. Also if anyone can make a hit out of horror, its the series creator Ryan Murphy.
Cast
Kevin McHale
Kevin McHale is perhaps best known for his role as the lovable Artie on the musical series 'Glee'. Post 'Glee', McHale who is also a singer, dancer and radio presenter has gone onto host the British panel show 'Virtually Famous' and is one of the four hosts on 'Sick Of My Own Voice'.
Charles Melton
Charles Melton who is an actor and model is perhaps best known for his role as Reggie Mantle on 'Riverdale'. He is also known for his role in the film 'The Sun Is Also A Star', which is the story of young couple who falls in love while one of their families faces deportation.
Nico Greetham
Nico Greetham who is an actor and dancer is best known for his roles as Calvin Maxwell on the series 'Power Rangers Ninja Steel' and as Nick in the musical film 'The Prom'. Greetham was also a finalist on the tenth season of 'So You Think You Can Dance'.
Dyllon Burnside
Actor and singer Dyllón Burnside is best known for his role as Ricky Evangelista, a dancer, in the FX television series 'Pose'.

The trailer of 'American Horror Stories' is like a montage of all the possible nightmares one can have in a new fearful form. This twisted new anthology should give fans a fair share of genuine scares and thrills.
