FX’s ‘Pose’ has undoubtedly been one of the greatest TV shows in recent times. The award-winning series gave an opportunity for transgender actors to show off their impeccable acting skills and also made the world aware of the problems the whole community faces.

Both its previous seasons were really phenomenal and fans can’t wait to see their favorite characters back on screen. The show will be returning for its third and last season in May. It is worth noting that 'Pose' features the largest cast of LGBTQ+ characters in a scripted series ever. The show jump-started the careers of various actors such as MJ Rodriguez, Dominique Jackson, Indya Moore, Hailie Sahar and Angelica Ross. The first two episodes of ‘Pose’ Season 3 will be premiering exclusively on FX on Sunday, May 2.

Season 3 of ‘Pose’ will arrive on FX on Sunday, May 2, at 10 pm ET. Viewers can download FXNow App from Google Play Store and Apple’s App store to watch the show. You can watch FX live without cable with one of these streaming services: fuboTV, Hulu With Live TV, Sling TV, AT&T TV Now, or YouTube TV.

The official synopsis reads, “Set while the AIDS epidemic rages on, Season 3 finds Blanca (Mj Rodriguez) juggling motherhood, being a present partner, and her role as a nurse's aide. Meanwhile, Pray Tell (Billy Porter) struggles with his health and the emergence of a vicious new upstart house forces the House of Evangelista members to contend with their legacy.”

Porter has also revealed that Season 3 will revolve around “social justice, anti-discrimination, hope.”


All the original cast members are returning for the final season. Porter, Indya Moore, Sandra Bernhard, Mj Rodriguez, Dominique Jackson, Hailie Sahar and more will be reprising their respective roles for the upcoming edition.

Meanwhile, it will be interesting to see if any new cast members feature on the show. As of now, there is no news of new characters making an entry in the last season.

The series is created by Ryan Murphy, Steven Canals, and Brad Falchuk. Janet Mock and Canals will be directing the first two episodes of Season 3. Canals will also be penning the script for the entire third season. The series is executive produced by Murphy, Falchuk, Canals, Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, Alexis Martin Woodall and Sherry Marsh.

The trailer gives an idea that the final season will be really emotional and will see the characters tackling a lot of life-changing issues. Filled with a rainbow of emotion including laughter, love, heartache and tears, the trailer sees the 'Pose' crew reflect on their legacy and the impact of the show they are leaving behind.
