When will 'Almost Family' Episode 4 air next? Here's when we get to see Edie and Tim hash out their issues

Unfortunately for fans of the Fox family drama 'Almost Family' didn't air tonight either.
When fans tuned in to Fox to watch the fourth episode of 'Almost Family', they were disappointed yet again. Those who tuned into Fox at the regular scheduled time of 9 pm ET/PT for episode 4 of 'Almost Family' last week were disappointed at seeing the Washington Nationals beat the Houston Astros in Game 6 of the 2019 World Series.
However, the show didn't air this week either since 'The Masked Singer' went on for two hours. The last time that 'Almost Family' aired on Fox was on October 16. Considering the show will air next Wednesday, November 13, it makes for almost a month-long hiatus. Yet loyal fans tuned in to watch the tale of three sisters united in the most atrocious of ways. Not just loyal but extremely angry too. "@FOXTV you suck. Why isn't #AlmostFamily back after the world series? Who wants to watch 2 hours of the dumbass masked singer. You f**k up all your good shows," tweeted a fan.
"I can’t believe we have another week till #AlmostFamily is back! I miss this show!

The series didn't air last week either making fans wait for longer than two weeks for the fourth episode 'Fake AF'.
According to the official synopsis of the episode, "The sisters meet a new sibling, restaurant owner Nate (guest star Michael Urie), who helps them secure one of the most exclusive reservations in New York. Unfortunately, the dinner doesn’t go as planned and Julia (Brittany Snow) is forced to apologize to Roxy (Emily Osment) and Edie (Megalyn Echikunwoke) for her missteps. Meanwhile, Edie and Tim (Mo McRae) discuss starting a family, but Edie is conflicted on where she stands, Dr Bechley (Timothy Hutton) begins his volunteer work at a hospital, where he uncovers another Bechley baby and Roxy invests her time in training her gymnastics protégé, Izzy, while tensions with her parents rise."
Last episode, Julia's secret is out of the bag - in fact, trending. She is the topic of discussion everywhere she goes and everywhere she doesn't - the fact that she happened to have sex with her biological brother first started trending on Twitter and then in her real life, as it poured offline.
It was an empowering episode specifically for Julia who takes charge of the mess she finds herself in and emerges out of it unscathed.
At the same time, Edie finds herself stuck in the same dilemma without little progress. She is fraternizing with the enemy Amanda (Victoria Cartagena), who is prosecuting Dr Leon Bechley while she is defending him. At the same time, the upcoming episode teases oncoming issues with husband Tim.
When will 'Almost Family' air again? According to the official press website, the show will be back on November 13, 2019. That is still a long way to go!
