LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Genevieve Cote is a professional noisemaker who is part of 'AGT: Fantasy League' as a member of Howie Mandel's team this year.

In this unique season, judges Mel B, Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel will each assemble a roaster of 10 acts from the Top 40 competitors announced in November 2023. The stakes are high as the winning act will take $250,000 as the grand prize.

Originally from Laval, Quebec City, Cote was always a curious child. She is the first 'professional noise maker' to be a part of the 'America's Got Talent' franchise. Her unique skills made her reach the finale of 'Canada's Got Talent' and even get a Golden Buzzer from Howie Mandel.

She also was a part of 'France's Got Talent' Season 18 and even there she acquired a Golden Buzzer from host Karine Le Marchand. She is known for her appearances in 'Sweeping Forward' (2014), 'Apparences' (2012), and 'Les scenes fortuites' (2018).

She is a 47-year-old single mother and a full-time stand-up comedian, entertainer, and noise maker. She quit her job as a waitress to pursue her passion in the entertainment industry. She initially began as a stand-up comedian and impersonated Celine Dion.

Cote was discovered in 2010 on YouTube with her video parodies of Lady Gaga, Lisa Leblanc, and Gerald Tremblay. She was then a part of Just For Laughs Festivals in production by Joel Legendre such as La Fureue and Le Show 100 % Inimitable and many shows around Quebec. And only then did she gain the confidence to feature on the 'Got Talent' stage. It was a long wait and struggle for Cote especially being a single mother, but she achieved everything that she could.

Genevieve Cote can imitate nearly 300 different sounds

Cote from a young age took note of the noises and voices around her. Some of her biggest influences were Celine Dion, Michael Jackson, Looney Tunes cartoons, and the comedy group Rock et Belles Oreilles. Her hobby of impersonating sounds led her to pursue noise-making professionally. She performed at comedy festivals, theatres, and even corporate events all across Canada.

She even has a one-woman show called L'Inimitable to showcase her talent. She takes the audience on an imaginative journey using her voice skills. She can jump between animal sounds, movie sounds, ambient sounds, and even instruments. Her vocal range is massive and ranges from helicopters to T-Rex screams. Judges often compare her to a great combination of Celine Dion and Quentin Tarantino
