'AGT-All Stars': Fans call superfan votes 'shady' after The Power Duo leaps to finals

PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: ‘AGT-All Stars’ is going with the flow as it's featuring more than 70 local versions of 'Got Talent' produced across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and America, bringing together most ‘fan favorite contestants’ from across the globe. And in the recent episode, ‘The Power Duo’ won the Superfans vote and took the leap to the finals.

Much to the chagrin of the fans of other acts, who were hoping to see their favorites rush to the finals, the fans are not quiet about how disappointed they are to see ‘The Power Duo’ surpassed the other acts that deserved to go to the finals. ‘The Power Duo’ stood for the Superfans decision on the 'AGT' stage with the ‘Global Youth Choir’ and Darius Mabda, the extremely talented acrobatic dancer from Romania who won ‘Romania’s Got Talent 12’. A user on social media said, “Super fan vote is not fair.  Open up to full vote as previous. The axe that should have gone through are not going through! Not watching the show anymore if this continues.” Another was disappointed with the acts itself, claiming, "Doubt that the judges chose the acts for All-Stars, maybe Simon but probably not. However, this has been the poorest selection of acts I've ever seen. AGT and YouTube AGT acts have by far better entertainment than 95% of the acts shown so far.” A fan also added, “I seriously do not like this new "Superfan" voting that #AGT All-Stars has. It has been leading to some very questionable results, and after reviewing what little info I could find about the selection process... it seems shady at best. Almost ruins it.” One said, “Aw, crap! I wanted @ChoirAfrica to move on! #AGTAllStars #AGT” 

There was a rush of reactions on social media, as one fan taking the ‘Global Youth Choir’s side’ said, “Simon I can see that African group performing their song with Rihanna @ this year's Super Bowl halftime ! You can make it happen ! Bestest, Jay a caring fan from S. Florida.” Another straightly commented, “#AGT I don’t know where you all got your super fans but they need to be repicked. Something is definitely wrong.” One fad added, “NDLOVU should be in the final.” Another commented in a frustrating tone, “This show is a disaster. They messed up their routine and through they go. The choir was so much better. What a bummer.” 

It seems like everyone is angry with what happened and fans are ‘not happy’ with this Superfan angle as ‘The Power Duo’ go for the finals. Some are even calling it shady at best. Will the same reactions come as we reach near the reality show’s finals?
