PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: On the latest episode of the 'America's Got Talent' spin-off show 'AGT: All Stars', Simon Cowell sure got his other judges heated up. However, the majority of viewers at home appeared to agree with his decision.

Peter Antoniou, a British mentalist and magician, returns to the 'AGT' stage after making it to the semi-finals before being ousted in season 16. Psychic Peter takes the stage to "prove" himself as an 'All-Star'. Howie Mandel claims he watched the 'America's Got Talent' alum perform in Las Vegas and thought it was incredible. Howie declared his passion for the act, which involved the magician reading minds of his audience.

The magician instructs Howie to scribble a question on a scrap of paper before ripping it up and discarding it. "Will my son Alex find someone to marry soon?" Howie wonders. Peter immediately recognizes that Howie is referring to his son and correctly answers the question.

He picked Howie, host Terry Crews, and a random member from the crowd for his next performance, and tried to answer their questions one by one. However, before he could complete it, he was given the dreaded red X by Simon Cowell, which left Peter shaken and fumbling over his statements at one point. He eventually came to his conclusion by successfully doing his performance, garnering standing ovations from the crowd and Heidi Klum, as well as modest applause from Simon. Before delivering the remaining critiques, Howie approached his fellow judge, saying, "Before I say anything, why? You are one hundred percent wrong, Simon."

Simon said, "I'll tell you what, it's not always about the finish, it's getting there. And how you got there wasn't very good in my opinion."

The audience booed his statement as he speculated about a lack of showmanship, to which Heidi replied, "Really? I disagree, I think you have great showmanship."

The duo continued to support Peter, stating that audience votes would almost certainly put him through, despite Simon's adamancy. Even after the psychic had left the stage, the three huddled for a heated debate, and Peter joked to Terry that he was buzzing because Simon was "scared of what I know about him."

Viewers on Reddit while questioning the legitimacy of the act commented, "Terry picking the “random” girl from the ground was so convincing." Another person thanked Simon for buzzing him out, "I usually like mentalists, but this guy just doesn't do it for me for some reason. Thank you, Simon, for the much-needed red buzzer!" Commenting on how long the act lasted, another Redditor quipped, "Tick tock tick tock, c'mon we're on a time crunch." While a fourth person added, "This can be so easily faked."

Bored of his act, one Twitter user wrote, "God this guy sure can bore people. Give us some action!!!!" Another person agreeing with Simon wrote, "I’m w/@SimonCowell. Mind readers are so phony! This is stupid." One Twitter user added, "Actually, I think that the buzzer from @SimonCowell for @isyourmindsafe is justified." However, not everyone was happy with Simon's reaction to the act either, "SIMON LOOKS SO FUCKING BORED AND UNAMUSED LMAO A*****E."
