Who is Mahmoud?
Mahmoud is among the newcomers on '90 Day Fiance: The Other Way' Season 4. He is originally from Egypt. There is very less information available about him on the internet. Moreover, his social media has also not been revealed. PEOPLE reported that Nicole met Mahmoud in a fabric store. This might be a hint that he works in an Egyptian fabric store. He proposed to Nicole on the first day they met after falling in love almost instantly.
Mahmoud got married to Nicole three weeks after meeting her. As Nicole is from California and Mahmoud is from Egypt, their marriage has introduced them to a world of cultural differences.
Mahmoud seems to have grown up in a society where women do not have much freedom. Therefore, when his wife comes to live with him in Egypt, she asks him, "Let me be who I am. Just, like, let me have some, a little freedom." To this, Mahmoud replies that Nicole has more freedom than any wife can have in Egypt, hinting at the cultural differences that may cause problems later on in theor marriage.
