For Amy Slaton, becoming a mother has truly been a turning point in her life, as she now devotes her time and energy to her young son, Gage. With her weight issues and other complications, Amy was unsure if she would ever have kids, and Gage was a blessing.

However, picking her own family over having to take care of her sister Tammy was not easy. But it was a tough choice that had to be made. With Mother's Day coming up, Amy wanted to do something special for herself and her mom, seeing that she might not always have her mother around. Tammy claimed Amy has a 'stick up her a**' ever since she became a mom, but joined the Mother's Day celebration nonetheless

'1000-lb Sisters' Season 3: Fans say Tammy can't be saved, should've left her at rehab

Amy, Tammy and their mother, Darlene went out to have high tea. The sisters were well aware that they might stick out in such a fancy place and even joked about how they would break the hostess, calling her a 'Mary Poppins looking b***h'. The trio really seemed like fish out of water, with Darlene promptly declaring that she does not like anything hot tea, coffee, cocoa, none of it and even refused to have the tea. Amy kept gagging as well, even comparing the tea to 'old man b*lls', while admitting that she has been with older people.

Fans watched the sister be unabashedly themselves. "LMFAOOOOOOOO I LOVE THESE TWO! #1000lbSisters #TLC" tweeted a fan. "Why on Earth did Amy & Tammy take their mom to High Tea for Mother's Day? I'm addicted to this show but Amy & Tammy have about as much etiquette & class as a feral cat in heat.  #1000lbSisters" joked another. "They are poking fun at the host. They want iced tea. They are expecting "healthy" food. They know nothing about this. Tammy thinks they need to be "high" during it. Why did they do this, again? #1000lbSisters" added another. "The mom is a b word like you knew they were gonna be serving hot tea like you could of said something ahead of time instead of saying no at the time now we see where tammy gets her sweet personality #1000lbSisters" noted a fan.

While the sisters got into all sorts of hijinks when it came to their high tea celebration, Tammy struggled to leave the venue, even though she had an elevator to help her. Tammy struggled to breathe between getting off the elevator to the car and fans expressed their concern when they saw it play out. "This was really sad when Tammy left the tea house. She is so close to being bed bound. #1000lbSisters" tweeted a fan.

'1000-lb Sisters' airs on Monday at 10/9 c on TLC.
