LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It seems like the DC universe can't catch a break from always being in the hot waters. Zachary Levi is taking aim at Dwayne Johnson, seemingly backing a report that says Dwayne Johnson blocked out Zachary Levi-starrer 'Shazam! Fury of the Gods' in the post-credit scene from 'Black Adam'. The report was released by The Wrap and also alleged Johnson's attempts to become the center of the DC universe and sabotaging everything that comes in between that.

While the DC universe is under construction at the moment with James Gunn and Peter Safran's new leadership, Johnson seemed to have wounded both the projects, while trying to come into focus. Zachary Levi shared a screenshot on his official Instagram account with a passive-aggressive approach to the whole saga and shared the synopsis of the report by The Wrap and added a text below stating,"The truth shall set you free" with an upside down smiling emoji.

What is the feud about?

So, according to The Wrap report, the post-credit scene in 'Black Adam' would have seen the Justice Society of America recruit Shazam. This would have turned out as a major opportunity from a marketing point of view for both movies to flourish. But, as Dwayne Johnson had a say in who he wanted in the post-credit scene, he chose 'Superman' to be in the post-credit scene, which wasn't fruitful as Henry Cavill was dropped as the 'Man of Steel'. But, things took a turn as Dwayne Johnson later came out with the news that he won't be returning to the 'Black Adam' universe, despite the movie being his passion project for years. While everything happened in the background, both of these projects failed at the box office and got harsh reviews from critics.

'Ego of hell'

Fans are quite shocked by this feud and are taking the internet by storm with messages that aren't really in favor of The Rock. While taking the theme of brutal honesty, one user wrote, "Okay so no more Shazam or black Adam movies in the future," to which another user replied, "How come nobody likes Zachary Levi what'd he do ?" Some were quick to point out that all this just was a little ego boost activity for Johnson and wrote, "Ego of hell" to which another user chimed in with, "The Rock and his ego ruining another franchise." While people were dissing Johnson, some users pointed out how difficult it will be for James Gunn to clean all the mess and wrote, "@JamesGunn has a real mess to clean up over at DC" while some users used the sarcasm tool to convey their thoughts and wrote, "Well…guess we finally getting Shazam v Black Adam in live action."
