There has been no formal announcement for the second season of 'Iwájú' to the public yet, but this does not imply that fans should give up hope.

Given that the series has just recently debuted on Disney+, it is too early and premature to make predictions about its prospects.

However, the first season's success, which will be judged by both fans' and critics' opinions, can serve as the foundation for the next part of the series.

What could be the plotlines for 'Iwájú' Season 2?

With six episodes, the first season of the miniseries chronicles the lives of two close friends, Tola (Simisola Gbadamosi) and Kole (Siji Soetan), as they traverse the fascinating world of futuristic Lagos, Nigeria.

After the series concluded it was stated that Tola and Kole, with the assistance of their cherished pet Otin (Weruche Opia), successfully defeated Bode DeSouza (Femi Branch).

The follow-up season may focus more on the formidable Otin, who vanquished the antagonists in the first season with ease.

Furthermore, a fresh journey in which Tola and Kole choose to bridge the class divide would be intriguing, as it would be a more in-depth exploration of the social subjects that were mentioned in the first season.

'Iwájú' is now streaming on Disney+.
