MOAB, UTAH: 'Sister Wives' star Christine Brown got married to her husband David Woolley on 7 October 2023.
However, the reality star's wedding was an intimate affair and she snubbed her ex-sister wife, Meri Brown as they never have been close friends.
However, Meri recently got candid about how she felt after Christine snubbed her.
According to The Sun, Meri doesn't care about being snubbed from Christine's wedding. A source revealed to the outlet, "Meri didn't care about attending. Truthfully, she could care less." The insider further claimed that Meri and Christine had an explosive argument and they had since not been in contact.
The source said, "They had a falling out and have been distant ever since Christine left the family and moved to Utah."
The source further added, "They were never close as sister wives or best friends for that matter. There is no love lost between them."
The source didn't reveal the reason behind Meri and Christine's feud. Meanwhile, During Season 17 Tell-All, Christine made it clear that she was not interested in maintaining a relationship with Meri.
Meri Brown says Christine 'deserves to be in love'
In Christine Brown's wedding special, Meri Brown opened up about the reality star's wedding. In the scene, Meri was decorating Lizzie's Heritage Inn for Halloween and revealed that she knew Christine was getting married soon, but did not know the exact date.
Meri admitted in the confessional, "I'm really happy for [Christine]." The reality star added, "I know that she’s really just been wanting to find some peace and some happiness for a really long time so I’m really glad that she’s found it." However, Meri previously shared that she felt 'betrayed' when Christine decided to leave the polygamy marriage with Kody Brown.
During a 'Sister Wives' Season 18 Tell-All special, Meri admitted, "At the time that she first was telling us (about leaving), that’s really how I felt." She added, "I felt very betrayed by her and that she was leaving me too." Meri further noted, "Cause she has always said, 'I didn't just want the man. I want the sister wives.'"
Meri explained, "I know what kind of relationship she and I have had in the past. It’s been fun." She added, "It’s not been super super deep, but it’s been a lot of fun and I miss that. I missed that for a lot of years with her."

Christine's daughters, Aspyn, Mykelti, Ysabel, and Truely and son, Paedon attended her nuptial. However, the reality star's daughter, Gwendlyn, skipped her mother's wedding as she was 'too busy' with her 'school and house'. Meanwhile, the reality star's father, Rex Allred, her mother Ruthann LeBaron and her siblings were also present on her big day.
Christine's ex-sister wife and close friend, Janelle Brown alongside her kids, Logan, Hunter, Garrison and Gabriel as well as daughters Madison and Savanah were also invited. Despite Christine ditching Meri and Kody Brown, she did invite their kids Leon Brown, and their wife, Audrey along with some of Kody's siblings.
Meanwhile, David's family members, including his children and two of his sisters who live a polygamous lifestyle, were also at his wedding to Christine.

'Sister Wives' star Meri Brown is currently living in Parowan, Utah, a few hours away from Christine and David's $770K home in Lehi. She moved out of Kody Brown's house to operate her business, bed and breakfast. Meri often shares photos and videos from her property with her family and friends.
However, Meri promised to rent an apartment in Arizona to be near her ex-husband Kody and Robyn Brown. In 'Sister Wives' Season 18, Meri promised to downsize and find an apartment to live in because she didn't want to leave her family.
However, while moving out of Arizona, Meri noted, "It's been a lot of work going back and forth." She added, "Whenever I'm up there, I can’t do the clothing business so I’ve been trying to figure out how to make it all work together."
