Why did Ariana Madix sue Tom Sandoval? 'Vanderpump Rules' star forcing ex to sell $2M LA home they still live in
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Madix of 'Vanderpump Rules' is suing her unfaithful ex, Tom Sandoval, for their $2 million property. According to RadarOnline.com, Ariana filed a petition in Los Angeles on December 5 for partition of real property by sale, which means she wants a judge to order Tom to sell the house.
Ariana is requesting that a judge order the sale of her five-bedroom, six-bathroom property in Valley Village, California, and that the earnings be shared evenly. According to TMZ, Ariana does not want "division in kind," which would allow them to keep ownership of the home and perhaps sell it to a third party.
Since Tom's treachery with Raquel Leviss was revealed last year, the exes have been at war over the 4,334-square-foot property. Ariana and her ex have lived under the same roof since the affair, dubbed "Scandoval" throughout the world, with neither of them willing to leave.
