She competed against Gumball, who turned out to be Scott Porter, during the finale. After winning the finale, she noted, "Her heart is bursting at its seams." Vanessa performed 'Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me' by Elton John. She was quite emotional during the performance because of the power of music.
'The Princess Switch' actress also shared that the experience had been incredible and very special to her, especially considering that not everyone knows exactly what she does. Goldfish added that it meant the world to her and thanked the panelists for their support.
