Who won BB Time Capsule? ‘Big Brother Unlocked’ reveals fan vote results and welcomes another ‘Survivor 50’ alum
'Big Brother: Unlocked' returned this Friday along with some revelations. As mentioned in the last episode, the aftershow revealed the winner of this week's 'BB Time Capsule.' For those unaware, fans vote all week to decide whether one houseguest wins a power or receives a punishment. This week's results had a lot of eyes, as it was the first time the chance would have been with a newbie. In the previous three weeks, the opportunity was won by reality icons. Hence, none of them were in contention this week. The winner of this week's BB Time Capsule was none other than Mallory. The results weren't surprising to the fanbase, as engagement indicated she would receive the most votes.
Mallory is an underdog, and fans are probably on her side to strike against the majority. Unfortunately, the live feeds revealed that instead of a power, she received a punishment. She will now have to wear BB16's iconic 'Adam and Eve' costume along with Melody for 48 hours. The show also brought fans into Rick Devens' home in Macon. They were accompanied by his close friend, 'Survivor 50' alum Christian Hubicki. Becca, Rick's wife, and their kids were spending time in their kitchen when the show caught up with them. Juju, Rick's daughter, who spent her 9th birthday while her father was inside 'BB's house, talked to the crew. "My favorite thing about my father is that he loves us... and he gotta win us the money," he said. Jack, Rick's son, calls him a "fun dad." They watch him on 'Big Brother' and, later, to pass the time, impersonate him and other houseguests. The audience even received a glimpse of it. Juju's impersonation of Angela in an egg costume clearly took the cake.
Christian arrived and started doing things his 'Captain Kirk' would do around the house, like playing games with the kids and mowing the lawn. Then he joined Becca and the kids to watch 'BB28's premiere episode, along with a cutout of 'Super Jeff.' Seeing the other houseguests applauding Rick during his entrance, the family also cheered. However, Christian had his concerns. He was afraid that Rick may "stand out" too much, making others doubt and evict him. Something that has happened in Rick's last two 'Survivor' outings. Christian, though, has faith that he will pull out the W this time around.
All of them watch Rick's important moments, including his Head of Household (HOH). Becca comments that she is seeing a new side to Rick in the show. Unlike in 'Survivor,' here he is separating "game from personal." She is happy that he is "playing to win." Hubicki shares his opinion on Rick's alliance with Dee. He mentions that Dee has won 'Survivor' and hence knows when to cut her people to win the game. This is something Rick has never done and would need to do to win this time around. The show also revealed the aftermath of Lyric's eviction and how the 'Tool Shed' is now in shambles. Kamu, Haley, and Chuk are stunned by the blindside. "We have just started Chapter 2 of Big Brother 28," Devens states in his DR session. 'Big Brother 19' winner Josh Martinez also returned alongside evicted contestant Jason to give their take on the show. 'Big Brother 28' continues to air every Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday on CBS.
