LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'One True Loves', based on Taylor Jenkins Reid's 2016 novel with the same title, is an upcoming romance film that follows the life of Emma, whose life turns upside down when she receives a phone call years later that her husband, who she thought was dead is actually alive while she is now engaged to her childhood best friend. She must choose between a life she thought was gone forever and one that’s just beginning.
The ‘Playing With Fire' director, Andy Fickman, directs the movie with Taylor Jenkins Reid and Alex Jenkins Reid as screenwriters. Willie Kutner, Andy Fickman, Betsy Sullenger, Michael Jefferson, and Sarah Finn are serving as the producers with Taylor Jenkins Reid, Alex Jenkins Reid, and Adam Beasley executive producing the rom-com. CAA Media Finance has obtained the film’s North American distribution rights.

Phillipa Soo as Emm, Simu Liu as Sam, and Luke Bracey as Jesse star in titular roles of the movie along with Tom Everett Scott, Michaela Conlin, Lauren Tom, Cooper van Grootel as young Jesse, Oona Yaffe as young Emma, Phinehas Yoon as young Sam, and Michael O'Keefe. Other charcters that feature in the movie as the supporting cast includes Oceana Matsumoto, Gary Hudson, Beth Broderick, Wil Deusner, Jessi Goei, Steven Anthony Washington, and Christina Bach.
